HUNTINGTON, WV -
The West Virginia State Police arrested a Huntington man, Christopher Perdue, 18, for sending a 12-year-old boy explicit messages. Perdue was officially charged with soliciting a minor via computer.
According to the WVSP, Perdue used Instagram to contact the boy on December 5th, 2015, but the mother of the boy intercepted the messages. Purdue allegedly tried to get the boy to send him a sexually explicit video of himself performing a sexual act. The WVSP says Purdue said he 16 during these conversations. Purdue also allegedly attempted to talk to the boy via FaceTime and text messages.
