Dream on, they will never indict her. If they were going to they would have indicted her months ago and got a replacement in there already.

The narrative is going to change to: Well we can't indict a candidate while they re running, it looks too political.

And the prosecutor will have all the enthusiasm of a overcooked noodle.

Sorry. I don't buy it.

We are being set up with James Comey EXACTLY the same way we were set up with Archibald Cox ("fiercely independent" [not really]) Patrick Fitzgerald ("most likely a Republican" [nope was not one]) the Florida Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore("this is a very conservative court." [Riiiiiiiight.])

The failure to further prosecute David Petraeus -- whom they intended to throw the book at -- is a signal that they will allow Grandma Nixon to plead down to some misdemeanors for negligence and that will be the end of it. Close aids may get felonies for which they will go on probation for ten years and pay large fines.

If Comey were really a "straight shooter" he wouldn't be the head of the FBI under pResident 0bama.

I wonder if these rumors will stop when she becomes president. Or will we continue to hear “Hillary will be prosecuted soon” all through her 8 years? I’d guess we will continue to hear the same even with any republican president.

On the plus side, the more democrat voters hear the rumors, the more likely it is she’ll lose some votes - but only from the Ds who care about the law and that’s not a big demographic.
