States must reject and nullify these unconstitutional and outrageous Obama dictates. It’s up to the states and the people of the states to assert their constitutional state sovereignty.
Obama thinks he has all power. The Constitution severely limits the feds to only those powers delegated and enumerated to the feds by the states via the Constitution.
The Constitution is Obama’s boss. Outside the powers granted the feds by the Constitution, the states and the people are Obama’s boss, not the other way around.

If only voters felt this way. Unfortunately, it appears that a majority of voters could care less. Makes me sick.
