Love the idealized picture, LOL.
Won’t look anything like that - the homeless will take over the park (as they’ve taken over several new LA River parks further up the river) and the graffiti artists will destroy all the signage and cover the bridge with gang graffiti marking their territory (like feral dogs) - as has happened in the “new,” “pedestrian friendly” redevelopment areas up the river (where I walk my dogs).
