we had to take our apple 6s back to at&t... it crashed on the ios update as soon as we got it home... was a very bad experience, because they didn’t want to take it back unless it was like it was when it left the store.
I will never buy another apple product.. .ever!

Take it to an Apple store. No ?’s asked and they replace it or fix it. Forget the phone store when your Apple goes haywire.

We have all Apple phones:
- My 5 through Apple
- My wife's 6 through AT&T
- My daughter's 6S through Apple
No problems at all, except for when UPS delivered the AT&T phone to the wrong address.
