So based upon the way Kalifornia acts when a bag of drywall joint dust gets broken on the freeway this would be a five star alert if it was true. Moonbeam would of already hit the big red button and declared an emergency.
I think he already did. The gas plume is nothing to sneeze at. So to speak. The worry is, I think, that the neighborhood will explode like the one in San Bruno a few years ago.
