It’s a sad day when a candidate that wants to be seen as “Defender of the Constitution” won’t seek resolution to his own constitutional eligibility issue.

He can’t sue himself. Trump has attorneys on permanent retainer. Why doesn’t he sue, as one of the few people who could possibly have standing?

No matter what Trump spouts, Cruz cannot get a declaratory judgment. He has to be sued.

Perhaps you may get your wish though. Maybe if Cruz under Trump’s skin Trump will put up and go ahead and sue.

It is unlikely though, because Trump likely knows he would lose, just like the loser in Houston.

That's a very fine sounding thing to say, but san you suggest a VIABLE way he could accomplish such a thing? I am looking for a serious, studied, suggestion, not bar talk.

How would he do that? you do know this real life right? this isn’t a tv show where everything is wrapped up in an hour. My Dad died in Aug 2001, we are still dealing with the bureaucrats on his estate. Obama has been in office 7 years and the cases against him are still in the court system or have been thrown out. What makes your think it would move any faster for Cruz
