I have a dual boot system I just built last week, 7 on one SSDI and 10 on another.

I was impressed with how fast it boots, but while 7 was stable when I overclocked, 10 wasn’t.

Best I get with an I7 @3.9Ghz with a Samsung 850 Pro SSD is just a shade under 11 seconds.
