I guess Kelly did not need to head back to college ball. I wonder if he will keep Kap to run the spread and perhaps bring in RG III too.

Bad move for the moron-owned and operated San Jose Forty-Niners.

So what other teams are open?

I heard the Niners also talked to Coughlin. i guess it’s Philadelphia for him? That would be too bad.

Since the Niners are down by Santa Clara now, why don’t the Raiders pursue a stadium in San Francisco?

I had been hoping they’d claim Candlestick before it got torn down.

I do not know why the Raiders just move into Levi stadium. The only other market with 2 NFL teams, NY Metro, has shared the same stadiums for decades.

Coughlin dropped out on the Eagles.

I have a feeling he’ll wind up back in Jax in some capacity.

Chip Kelly is a dipshit that won’t even talk to his players. He walks into a room full of other coaches and thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room. He has no close friends in Philly because he’s a dipshit. He needs to get out of the NFL. Grown men will never put up with him. Lastly that run and gun spread offense, never taking a breath, will never work in the pros. Cowherd is on Fox Sports saying how great of a coach he is and his teams at Oregon prove it. Well I got one thing to say about that. How many national titles did he win at Oregon? Not a one. And when Oregon lost, they would get destroyed. Same thing happened at Philly, but more often. Kelly’s teams play no defense.

The Tebow curse. It was Kelly who cut Tebow at the protest of the front office.

The only problem with The Philadelpha Eagles is they are in Philly and they are the Eagles.

Maybe they could move to St. Louis! ;)

I wonder if Herm Edwards would be interested. He would be terrific for a team that has been divided by Kelly’s mismanagement.
Kelly did major damage to the Eagles franchise. It’s much worse than outsiders know.

It's not a moron move from their perspective. They just wanted to hire the cheapest coach. They don't care about winning, they are getting their money. They just need the cheapest team they can field. They should have kept Tomsula. Kelly will be around one, two, or three years.

That will make it easier when York and Baalke start leaking stories to the media. The SF Bay Area media reports what York wants them to, even if it’s entirely fact free.

” I wonder if he will keep Kap to run the spread and perhaps bring in RG III too.”

The only upside of Kelly is they might keep Kaep. Despite the media drivel, he is the best player on the team. (Except for Navorro Bowman)

Kaepernick is not responsible for terrible game plans, a terrible offensive line, and no running game.

It was obvious before the season he was going to be the York's scapegoat for their disastrous policies. And the media went along with it.

The game that Kaep was "benched" after, the only running back the GM provided was injured before the first attempted run. The offensive line was in total disarray. The defense keyed totally on the pass, because even when the 49ers had no ability to run. After that game, the O-Line played better. (but still not that great)

The media continually reported that Kaep played "all terrible games" and Gabbert was "great."

The two best games by a QB for the 49ers were against the Giants and Ravens. Over 107 and 128 QB Rating. Which are great numbers. But the media still acted like Kaep was playing terrible. In the Giants game, he lead a go ahead touchdown drive inside the two minute warning, and the defense blew it. But to the media, it was all Kaepernick's fault.

Thank's, Jed!
