Funny you say that. My dreams in recent weeks have been incredibly vivid. In fact, I'm able to wake up in middle of night, go back to sleep, and resume the same dream. That never happened before.

I found that comment interesting as I take melatonin at bedtime which has vivid dreams as a side effect. As we get older, the body produces less melatonin, which is why we find ourselves awake at 4am too often. I get a good nights sleep most every night
