It seems that the 10/22 Ruger is a popular choice. For those of you that own them, who makes a good 25 shot mag. I just got one for Christmas and was told that the stock Rugar 5 shot mag was problematic but there are other mag suppliers that are flawless.

Any recommendations?

A Ruger BX-25 magazine made by Ruger is the way to go. A standard 10/22 magazine is usually a 10 round.

I have a few 3rd party mags but I get the fewest jams with the Ruger mags.

Butler Creek “Hot LIps”

I’ve never had a problem. AND, do yourself a huge favor and get the butler creek speed loader too.
