Started low carb Atkins the week before Thanksgiving, i’m down 25 with some cheating. Low carb is the way to go, I will do this for the rest of my life...and its easy!

I didn't follow Atkins to the letter but low-carb was basically how I went from 304 to 197 in six months. When I added carbs back in (pizza, pasta, pastries) my weight rocketed right back up. So I know that I need to stay away from those foods forever.

So I'm learning to appreciate all the foods I can eat. For instance, I just perfected my recipe for roasted brussels sprouts, which involves olive oil and garlic - three superfoods in one dish! Never thought I would ever come to like brussels sprouts so much.
