Uh huh...that’s why Russians are such upbeat cheery people... Actually, you totally mis understand. It is precisely that optimism from drinking vodka that keeps the Russians in the bottle all the time. They need it badly in their country. Doesn't overwhelm the reality of the old Soviet Union or the new oligarchy.....but it does make one feel bullet proof.
