Bill Clinton 'not running for office' doesn't cut it, Leslie. First, the Clinton have always been a buy-one-get-one couple. That's how it was in the nineties, and you can't arbitrarily just jettison Bill now, because it is inconvenient. They are joined at the hip.

But more importantly, Hillary has culpability here. Hillary has a lot of chutzpa calling herself a 'champion for womae'. She was an enabler for Bill. Actually, she was more than an enabler. She didn't just look the other way, she worked to destroy those who came forward about Bill's sexual bullying. She covered for him. "Well if Hillary can forgive him", the press dutifully maintained, "who are we to judge him?".

But of course it wasn't mere dalliances committed by Bill. That would be one thing. He groped woman, he got state police, on the taxpayer's dime, to procure woman for him. He abused woman, he probably even raped them. Hillary knows the truth about Bill and acted about as dishonorably as one woman can act in this situation. It's as much about Hillary as it is about Bill.

This is why I have always loved Jesse Watters. He fears no one (except maybe his wife who makes him take off his shoes in the house, LOL!! )

Brilliance and idiosyncrasy are not mutually exclusive personality traits.

where is Gloria allared on this case?
she’s going after bill cosby for exactly the same thing isn’t she? I guess the statute of limitations ran out by now. But when this was being litigated it wasn’t.

You ought to see him on The Five when he substitutes for one of the regulars: he’s very tough.

This is the time for the Trump org to speak to all those women that reported Bill Clinton raped or molested them , and offer to pay their legal fees to have them ALL bring charges against him again .
Bill Cosby was just arrested and given 1 million dollars bail . It’s time to hit Bill Clinton with the same thing . Arrest the bastard and he can stump for Hillary while out on a million dollar bond .

This is the Mack truck that Trump can drive through the Clinton campaign . He ought to do it and do it now . No mercy

I well remember Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings. And very soon after that, Bob Packwood. I do not believe the allegations that were leveled against Thomas. What was he alleged to have done? If you take them at face value, he 1) asked a subordinate out (he was unmarried at the time), 2) he told off-color jokes and 3) he put a 'pubic' hair on top of a Coke can (it was never ascertained to be an actual pubic hair). Bob Packwood forced a kiss in in elevator. For these crime, we were LECTURED ad nauseum about sexual harassment from NOW, the Democrats, and other leftists. Unwanted sexual advances, or even jokes, from men in positions of power were WRONG, and don't even try to make excuses for them.

Then, a very short while later, Bill Clinton came on the scene and literally blew even the worst accusations against Thomas out of the water. The same people who wanted to crucify Clarence Thomas circled the wagons around Bill Clinton. It was breathtaking.

Marshall took the opportunity to give Bill Clinton a pass saying, "I missed the part where Bill Clinton's running again. He's already served two terms. His wife is running."

OK, let's discuss his wife, who covered for him and slandered his accusers, and who now wants to be seen as a champion of women's rights.

Time for the little trip to pedophile island to be brought up. I would like to see the excuses they come up for the Klintoons for that one.

Liberals be warned. If you have Jesse Watters interviewing you, you are about to be destroyed with your own stupidity.

Marshall’s reply...

Marshall took the opportunity to give Bill Clinton a pass saying, “I missed the part where Bill Clinton’s running again. He’s already served two terms. His wife is running.”

The self-proclaimed feminist called what Clinton did “consensual” and not abuse.

I think the question to ask any of Clinton supporters did the Clinton family have in there employment Anthony Pellicano and did he use the Private detective to harass Kathleen willy and others that accused Clinton of sexual improbity.

He wasn't alleged to have put the pubic hair in question anywhere. He was alleged to have asked who it was that put it there. This falls under allegation 2.

We also all got to see his Blockbuster account and found out that, like virtually every other single man in the 1980's, he occasionally watched pornographic videos.

Fine, Bill isn’t running and Hillary is.

Setting aside that they are a political team, and Bill is being sent out to carry her water, there’s the fact that she’s said repeatedly that women who level charges of sexual assault deserve to be believed, and her actions over the course of their marriage constitute not only enablement of but being an active accomplice to, a sexual predator and misogynist with an established and documented pattern of abusing women.

I couldn’t agree more... SO WHY THE HELL DON’T THESE PUNDANTS (AND TRUMP) SAY THIS!! The conversation is always about Monica and whether their “consentual” relationship was “inappropriate.”

No, its about HILLARY and whether she enabled her husband the sexual deviant, harasser, assaulter, and rapist-in-chief to continue to abuse women - Paula Jones, Juanita Brodderick, Kathleen Wiley, etc. etc. - by conducting a war on these women to shut them up.

Fellow FReepers, I give you the analogue of 2 powerful politicians, at the top of their game, accused of multiple sexual infractions. The prime difference between the two? One was a Republican accused by a major Newspaper (Washington Post) and the other was a Democrat Presidential Candidate become President who continued his behavior for another 6 years until the facts became too newsworthy to hide.

In 1992, the WP gathered multiple accusations against Sen. Robert Backwood (R OR) from staffers and lobbyists about perceived conduct. In 1993, after his personal diary became a point of contention with a Democrat-lead Senate Inquiry, his GOP colleagues forced his resignation from the US Senate. No actual crime was proven but there was enough to force his ouster.

Also in 1992, Bill Clinton (D) started to get much bad publicity in his Presidential Campaign run from multiple women accusing him of personal sexual misconduct. After a masterful CBS 60 Minutes joint interview with his wife, Hillary, and an equally masterful concerted effort by his campaign to label all of the accusers as the equivalent of sluts and $100 easy virtue women [Bimbo Eruption], he went on to win a plurality victory in a 3-way race. Six years later, a stained blue dress, from a White House employee who was 27 years younger than the President, showed that Bill's behavior was still like that which he had been accused of earlier.

Matching behavior, dissimilar outcome - only Conservatives can be guilty of sexual misconduct -for Liberals, it is only play and they have no standards to follow! And, YES, in this case, to the MSM, Bob Backwood was a conservative if only because he had a (R) attached!

You are right. My point was, if you accepted the worst allegations against Thomas, they could not hold a candle to Slick Willie. Yet, the issue of sexual harassment suddenly became not so important.

Liberals say, “Bill isn’t on the ballot; Hillary is.” And that is correct.

So why won’t anyone discuss Hillary’s role in the Clinton scandals, especially since one can draw a direct line from some of them to some of today’s?

Paula Jones wasn’t a girlfriend, but a victim of sexual harassment/flashing at the hands of Clinton.

Who (identified simply as "a woman named Paula") was labelled as a long-term girlfriend by David Brock.
