We need a President who actually understands that Muslims are really influenced by all the teachings of the Quran and also by those who teach the Quran (Imams, etc.). More than 100 verses in the Quran encourage Muslims to practice Holy War (Jihad). A number of Muslims will very seriously consider these verses, and may plan to put them into practice at some point during their lives, whereas many other Muslims may just practice basic Islamic rituals (praying 5 times everyday, fasting during the month of Ramadan, etc.), without paying much attention to the jihadist teachings. Furthermore, Muslims are also influenced by their own cultural background (the first Muslims came from a Semitic origin, and until today, Arabic is widely used in the mosques and the Muslim communities), their personal psychological make-up (which took shape while they were growing up), and their particular perspective on politics (limitations on freedom, no separation between religion and state/government, etc.).
Everything put together (Quranic teachings + a Semitic culture + a particular psychological make-up + an anti-democratic political perspective), creates some sort of a volatile people who may sometimes act (and react) not only strangely, but even DANGEROUSLY. Therefore, the next President of the United States must not ignore and neglect the potential danger that a number of Muslims may represent. Otherwise, who knows what may happen in our future?
No president of ours needs to know one sentence from the Koran.
Queue the graphic.
Yeah,,,cause Roosevelt and Truman understood all about Bushido, Shinto, and Nazi mysticism. Bullshine.
If the next candidate knows the Koran I wont vote for him.
The current one is 0 for 3.
The Hell we aren't!
Thomas Jefferson
In a sane America, the moslem word should be freaking out on how they can find a way get along with us. Out of fear, awe, whatever.
Ill give a damn about them when I see Churches or synagogues in Saudi Arabia.
Submit or die....
The next President does need, and should, know the Koran.
Only, instead of knowing it as the sweetest sound on earth, the next POTUS will know it as the most vile piece of fecal filth that it is. That it is not a religion, but a cultish political framework of domination, invasion and pillage.
If you learned nothing on 911 because you were too young, if you ignored Jefferson and Churchill because they are old dead white men, then if you still have warm Islamic fuzzes, look to Syria to see what joys you will soon be receiving.
If the civilized world is to survive, Islam must be understood for what it really is: It’s not a religion, form of government, or anything recognizable to the civilized mind. Islam is a disease, an incurable disease of the mind that is highly contagious among the feeble minded and is now spreading among the world’s feeble minded at an epidemic rate. As with any disease, one can’t reason with this disease, negotiate with it, or treat in any manner other than how one would treat any other incurable disease.
As past efforts to contain this disease have failed, carriers of this Plague of Islam must be eradicated wherever they’re found, for if they’re not, this disease will eventually end not just Western Civilization, but it will undo over 5,000 years of human civilization.
The only thing you need to know about the Quran is that if you are an infidel, as millions of children, adults, Democrats, Republicans, and Independents are, then you should be killed. I wonder if Muslim Congressman Keith Ellison believes his Quran.
People who do not understand the nature of mohammedanism are easily naive and gullible about it.
Kill them all and let allah sort them out.
Knowing the Quran (Koran) is merely one facet of understanding the bloody, barbaric history of Islam—all of which emanates from the Quran, the life of Muhammad (Mohammed), and the “glory days” of the medieval Arab caliphate(s)and later Ottoman Empire. One cannot fully grasp the scope of the Muslim (Moslem) threat to Western civilization without some significant familiarity with this history. Ted Cruz tends to be more knowledgeable, disciplined, articulate, and generally cerebral than Donald Trump (who is more a man of action), although Cruz also has a noteworthy history of repeatedly challenging the Republican Establishment in congress. In contrast, Trump is (in many respects, not all) the Andrew Jackson of our time—a berserker who flings himself like a whirlwind into the thick of battle, bewildering and scattering his enemies, and (like Jackson) arousing the ire of political “moderates” who view him as too unsophisticated, crude, boorish, and even dangerous to be taken seriously as a presidential candidate. It is instructive to notes that such moderates engineered the victory of one of their own (John Quincy Adams) in the election of 1824, even though Jackson had won more popular and electoral votes than Adams; let’s hope something similar doesn’t happen to Trump or Cruz. A blend of Trump and Cruz would make the ideal conservative candidate, and I hope they can continue to support each other, regardless of which one eventually wins the nomination.
Life’s too short to spend a minute reading that trash called the Koran.
Nice try NOOB!
