He has a cadre of democrat operatives that swing the primaries to him by taking out conservative opponents. Then, because AZ is a red state, there is no one else essentially. So his machine churns out reelections consistently. Also his trophy wife inherited a fortune in Mafia related liquor distribution, so he’s always been able to outspend opponents.
