And fitting.
It was a terrible photo if you are trying to put your best impression in a yearbook. It might have some “artistic” value. But you can’t get a good look at the girl or the bow from that angle. If I were the principle, I would have advised her to pick a better picture of herself and her bow, like with a freshly killed and bloody Trophy Buck. That would tell more about the girl and be more appropriate for the purpose a yearbook serves.
I don’t know the basis for the decision for sure.
Girl ‘haunting’ senior yearbook would have made for a better story.
