How do I make it duplicate XP?
Don't have 10 and never will, but in 8.1 install VirtualBox virtual machine (free from Oracle) and download the XP blob or install it from your XP disk.

Install SkinPack XP.
Its uncanny how how much it looks like XP even though you’re running a later version of Windows.
All that’s changed is the interface and if you don’t like it, its simple as uninstall and revert to your normal interface.
