And .. if so .. does that really indict NATO or the people who made the mess ..??
Turkey should not be in NATO, it fact NATO is no longer needed since NATO was a defensive pack against the Warsaw pack nations. The Warsaw pack is gone, NATO should be gone too. Russia is not a threat to western/central Europe. And anybody that thinks Russia was going to let NATO take over the Russian naval base in the Crimea (Sevastopol) is delusional. The Crimea has been in Russian hands since the days of Catherine the Great.
It was the insane neocons that started this entire mess. Neocons should be placed in jail and never again have any say in our foreign policy.
