Short answer, just about all of it.

But think of it, by making all the VW Diesel engines fully compliant with the existing law, you will be “helping” the environment. Also, those greedy capitalists that are in charge of VW worldwide operations will be suitable humbled and scorned, for allowing this “travesty”.

Can’t say much for the resale value of these “remodified” VW Diesels, though.

I can get a chip and a programmer for just about any Chevy truck I’ve owned recently. Can’t you do the same for VW?

Going to just save my settings and restore after they neuter it. Some set-ups will let you have three or more settings:
-pass smog
-high performance (40 extra HP)
-”Valet’ mode , 30 mph top speed
