Seems to me there’s an easy solution to this without an abortion:

Option 1: Bio father keeps two babies. Baby #3 is put up for adoption. Surrogate mother gets paid per the contract.

Option 2: Bio father keeps two babies. Surrogate mother keeps Baby #3, gets paid per the contract, and agrees not seek any financial support from bio father. I’m not sure an agreement not to seek support would be enforceable, however.

Option 3: All three babies are adopted by loving parents who won’t treat them like commodities. New parents reimburse surrogate mother’s medical expenses, but pay no further fees to her.

Mostly likely at this point:

Option 4: Surrogate keeps all three babies and the baby daddy gets stuck with a massive child support tab.
