Seems to me then that the State of Texas needs to step in and take complete charge of this case. The answer that the truth may never come out, is unacceptable! I’m no fan of criminal biker gangs, but I am a fan of The Constitution.
Thus far, I see little evidence that Waco intends to deal with this on the up and up.
Actually, when you look at the justice system, it’s really the District Attorneys the country over who need to be looked at with a magnifying glass. Because it is in their venue that justice is or ls not served. Eveything needs to be straight up. No more plea bargains. That’s selling out justice for expiediency!
