Many references to Schwartz here:

No sign of an image, though.

My source positively identified that officer as being Schwartz --- although he may have been going by what he'd been told ---and some of that may trace back to a writer who calls herself 'Wicked Bitch' who lives nowhere near Texas (?).

Schwartz has been presenting himself in court documents as some kind of "expert" on biker gangs motorcycle clubs.

According to how I understand the Morton Act ---- the County prosecution, provided they are aware of Schwartz's involvement (I don't see how they can deny it at this point) must turn over ALL documents and investigative reports which pertain to this incident, including any which Schwartz wrote up --- before and after the incident, since there may well be exculpatory evidence there.

No longer (since implementation of the Morton Act) does the prosecution get to sift through evidence and decide what they want to share with the defense.

It's time to cough it up. ALL OF IT.

DPS was there, and had participated. They can't sit on information that they had collected prior to May 17th. It's time to put all the cards on the table, not play games with the photographic evidence generated on site as Renya is now doing ---attempting to hold that information hostage to his generalized demands.

There is more also that is due the defense, regardless if the McClennan County DA's office has even seen it or not, since the Morton Act reaches into law enforcement agencies directly.
