I am of Mexican Ancestry and I speak Spanish. I enjoy when St. Patty’s Day comes around I enjoy making my Corn Beef, Potatoes, and Cabbage.
So now what am I suppose to do for that day?

A Saint Pat’s day without corned beef and cabbage and potatoes? Unthinkable. That’s like Thanksgiving without turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes and string beans. Downright unAmerican.
Of course, New Years is best with sweet pork tamales.
Corn beef and cabbage are authentic AMERICAN food actually. ;)
