Um, ever read the four Gospels? Jesus did the disappearing thing on more than one occasion after His resurrection, and at least once prior to the crucifixion when a crowd tried to push Him off of a cliff near His home town, only to have Him pass back through the crowd and away from the edge.

There are several odd scenes int he Bible which hint strongly of a parallel where/when un detected by our sense (see Daniel chapter five, for starters).

Of course, Jesus did too when he ascended into heaven...so make that three. As for actual humans, not divinity, only two...the ones I pointed out.
