I think I know why he turned himself in. He doesn't blend in very well.

New Orleans Police said Dwayne "Butter" Winns, 21, turned himself into authorities Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, after NOPD announced he was wanted for questioning as a person of interest in connection with the recent robberies of Uptown restaurants and a bar.
