To be fair watching reruns of two and half men Alan seemed to note the unfairness of Charlie (Sheen) never seeming to get STDs. Reality isn't a sitcom however.

Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen revealed on Tuesday he is HIV positive.
In an interview Tuesday on NBC's "Today," the 50-year-old Sheen says he tested positive for the virus that causes AIDS about four years ago.
"It's a hard three letters to absorb. It's a turning point in one's life," the former "Two and a Half Men" actor said.
Sheen said he had already paid "upwards of $10 million" to keep the information secret.
"We're talking shakedowns," he said.
Sheen said that he did have unprotected sex since being diagnosed, but also claimed he had told every partner since being diagnosed that he was HIV positive.
His personal physician sat by his side during part of the interview and detailed the star's treatment. He said after the actor was diagnosed he was "immediately put on treatment, strong anti-viral drugs, which have suppressed the virus."
Sheen and his doctor declared the star has an undetectable level of the virus in his blood.
"Charlie does not have AIDS," his physician declared. "Charlie is healthy."
Sheen said he takes four pills every day and he has never missed a dose.
"I still drink a little bit," he admitted.
His physician said Sheen's substance abuse issues have concerned his doctors.

I think the dirty secret that may very well come out eventually is that Sheen is the guy who brought AIDS to the sex trade.
The ladies are set.
He paid them hush money.
And, it is a common trade among certain types of women to try to get pregnant with rich and famous men. They are set for life.
Me too, though I would like to have experienced it for just a couple of months. I have many fond memories of positive cash flow prior to marriage and children.

One of the interviews with one of his unprotected victims, was this tidbit that Charlie was “bisexual”. I had never read that before and was a bit surprised as I never thought of Charlie as a switch hitter. Perhaps during his drug-fueled distructive behavior? or perhaps he was abused by one of the Hollywood casting-couch Pediphiles that are too RICH to be prosecuted and are protected by the Hollywood leftist elite?
I have said before that I was a hellbound sinner in my younger years. I feel certain, that had I had wealth like he has, I would be dead long ago.
I never had shoe boxes full of cocaine and hookers simply because I could never afford it.

It's not too surprising given the lifestyle he chose. Are we supposed to "feel sorry" for him? Seems that's a personal choice, but one should pray for him (if one's a Christian).
