He blew his credibility right there. How so? Canola and soy oil are unhealthy. I don't know about the cheap part because I don't buy them.

He blew his credibility right there. Not to my way of thinking. Soybean oil, at least, is an 'engineered oil'... one you'd never encounter in nature in sufficient quantity to be nutritionally significant. And contrary to popular belief, I'd rather cook my food in butter or even lard than that fishy-smelling soybean oil.
