Levin issues warning to Trump and Rubio
Mark Levin Show ^ | 11/14/15 | Mark Levin

Posted on 11/14/2015 5:25:02 AM PST by St_Thomas_Aquinas

From Friday's program: (11/13/15 13:40)

I want to say something briefly and then I'll move along. If Donald Trump continues to attack Ben Carson the way he is currently attacking Ben Carson, I have to affirmatively oppose him. I like the man very much, but the absolute reckless, personal assaults on Ben Carson, who's one of the most decent men you could possibly know. And I only know him from the public airwaves --a truly accomplished man, is simply unacceptable to me; unacceptable to me. I've never heard this kind of slurring of a man of great integrity. That's number one.

Number two, a warning to Marco Rubio. If your little hit squad and your opposition research team is going to put out edited videos of Ted Cruz and lie flat out about the amendment process that took place and suggest that your support of the Gang of Eight and Ted Cruz' adamant opposition to it means that you both were on the same page I can't accept that either.

You've taken your position on the air and otherwise, as I told you some time ago it was a huge mistake, now you have to live with it. But that doesn't mean that Cruz has taken your position. Rejected, not all, but most of your position. That was your decision. Now live with it. But don't smear somebody else and don't think that we're so stupid that we don't know how the amendment process works in the United States Senate.

I had these two men on this week and I'm really troubled and frustrated by what they're doing.

Trump is certainly shaking in his boots over what Levin thinks. /s off

Maybe Levin has forgotten what defeating the political enemy looks like.

Go Trump!

Nothing Trump said was incorrect or made up, yes it was pretty vicious but he was just pointing out how odd it is that someone running for president would so vocally trumpet this violent past which was not normal! The way Carson is handling it is very odd to me.

Troubled teens getting into fights, stealing or doing property damage is bad and most people grow out of these things and are good people. But this guy tried to kill his own mother and he seems to wear it as some sort of victim badge of honor along with the other incidents.

I commend him and think he’s a good person today, but maybe when we choose a president we should avoid people with such a scary past, no matter how well adjusted they are today.

I agree too. Reagan was a hard hitter but I never heard him launch dirty personal attacks.

I think Levin issued the warning to basically say if you keep smearing each other Hillary’s going to win because she’s staying out of the gunfight and waiting for everyone else to kill each other.

I thought Trump claimed he was only a counter-puncher. What did Carson do or say to justify the personal attacks by Trump other than threaten his standing in the polls?

I expect Trump can handle it. What’s one more media personality crying about him.

Mark is right.
Think of the fodder these attacks are going to come back to haunt the nominee when the real race comes.
All the dims will need to do is quote repub attacks on each other.

“I’ve never heard this kind of slurring of a man of great integrity.”

Then it seems that a man of great integrity can deconstruct the nation in similar fashion to one who is an enemy of the nation and Mark is okay with it, so long, of course, if he does it with great integrity.

Carson supports amnesty, TPP, and other hallmarks of the Obama agenda.

Trump should be able to win on his ideas. The polls say he is doing just that. Why the personal attacks? Strange.

I agree with Mark 100%.

Did you agree with his abject refusal to vet then-candidate Barack Obama back in 2008?

This so-called (self-called) "constitutionalist" refused discussion of Obozo's apparent lack of qualification for the office of President. He (Levin) refused to discuss it, would not allow his callers to discuss it and when people complained he scrubbed his website, Facebook and Twitter pages of those complaints. The bottom line is the vetting should have taken place regardless of outcome.

Yeah, he is a real stand-up guy /s. In other words a phony. I haven't listened to him since.

Hey Levin, if you are reading this, go back under your rock.

"I like Mark but he also seems to despise the south - where most of his listeners are from, no doubt.

I like Mark too but his dislike is for Southerners who disagree with him on the so-called virtues of Abe Lincoln. He calls them Neo-Confederates. People who believe in states rights are neo-confederates? This coming from a constitutionalist.

Ben Carson has no fire and questionable convictions on hand outs, immigration and gun rights. I'm sure he's a decent person, but America is on the brink..we need someone who is going to kick enemy butt: foreign and domestic.

As a candidate for me, Carson was already dead. Maybe Levin is just asking for Trump not to defile his grave. With that said, unless Trump is telling lies or switching positions on deporting illegal scum, he still has my vote!

I will not change my vote because Trump gets a little offensive with the way he attacks other candidates. I’m not a beta make who gets his panties in a wad and needs a fainting chair because Trump took off his gloves. We don’t need to love and fawn over our president, we need someone who will get the *ucking job done!

Ben Carson, who's one of the most decent men you could possibly know.

That's nice...but less than irrelevant when choosing a leader in these dangerous times.

America is in trouble. We need an ass kicker, not a decent man.

“You’ve taken your position on the air and otherwise, as I told you some time ago it was a huge mistake, now you have to live with it.”

Mr. Levin is correct. The people now understand that liberal fascism of our modern era has discovered a “kinder and Gentler” way to wage war through demographics. This is slow death for our country but death nevertheless.

Rubio does not yet understand that the People themselves now understand demographhic warfare, and they will vote to stop it. If that does not work, the People themselves will stop it, state by state.

The future of America will not be allowed to devolve to the same demographic Islamist warfare waged in Paris. If Obama thinks he will import 100,000 unvetted Syrians in order to further seed his demographic warfare on Ameerica, he and his minions will be met with the ridicule they so roundly have earned in their foreign policy failures , applied specifically to create large refugee populations which have formed an arrow sighted on the heart of the West and Europe.

No thank you Mr. Rubio. You have earned the ridicule of the huge majority of Americans whose only simple desire is to keep themselves and their families safe, a fact which the constitution gives all Americans as a matter of right thriough requiring the president to protect our country and its borders, and in good faith enforce current immigration law. Obama has only acted in bad faith, endangering not only our nation , but France , Germany, Italy , Great Britain , Russia and the rest of Europe as well.

Why Mr. Rubio would we Americans accept anything but the deportation of illegal immigrants so they can be vetted for legal readmission or not?

Paris has defined the US future, and our current presidents treason is obvious.Better change your position Mr. Rubio, you will never even come close to achieving the nomination after what has happened in Paris.

Trump and Cruz are on the right side of our history of freedom , you are not Mr. Rubio. Neither are Carson , Bush or any of the others.
