I would just abolish the VA hospitals and clinics and put them all on Medicare...transferring the millions of dolls for the VA over to the Medicare fund.
That’s where obamas “30 million uninsured” should have been put and leave our insurance alone! It would have been cheaper. What he spent on the website alone would have paid the premiums for the “poor uninsured”.
I had medical insurance in the 880’s and went to the VA. They stuck me in the place overnight, checked my teeth while was awaiting a civilian doctor who checked my hand, broken in a fight. They fixed my hand, fixed my teeth and updated my shots. I was not under military disability. When I was ready to be discharged, I gave them my insurance card and was told “That’s too much hassle.” I was amazed at how they sluffed off my money.
Now, that is a good idea. It would be comparatively easy to implement. It is not part of Trump’s plan. Call it a hit piece or not, his ideas are not very good on this one.
You mean Medicaid. Medicare is reserved for seniors.
