My wife’s from there and my folks moved there in the late 70s when I was at Ole Miss

Yep, it was the Boro over by the college. They used to play there every Wednesday and the place would be packed. That second clip I posted looks like one of those shows. I lived in Murfreesboro for several years and saw lots music around Nashville but the Nationals playing the Boro was the highlight for me.
