It is, however, *very* NSA- and DOJ-compliant.
A few days ago my Windows update had a Win 7 update which looked like it was for Win 7 (KBxxxx) so I checked it to update it and it said it was beginning to install Win 10! I stopped it and declined the license. I restarted my computer and it started again. I restarted the computer again and it did not attempt again. I just went and looked in Win Update after reading this and the Win 10 update is checked to be installed at the next update! I unchecked it!
