1969 was an unbelievable baseball season. In the fall of 1969 my 7th grade geography teacher was Tom Seaver's first little league baseball coach. Games were played during the day then. We watched every baseball game on a little black and white TV during class time. The whole school was bursting with pride and excitement. A wonderful time.
