If you watch the video, I believe Harbaugh had the kicker set to run around with the ball to kill the clock instead of kick it...big time backfire..

...heh, I'm catching hell on the Michigan Sports board for saying the same thing. The 3 guys in front of the punter broke right...why? The kicker was like a wide-receiver who looks to run before securing the ball. If they don't get the first down it's about a 55-60 yard field goal, and that's assuming the fake kick doesn't run out the clock.
