I am a little paranoid but.....
This man age 25-35 walking around with chemical burns all over his hands and arms with a woman who I presume to be his wife but much younger were walking around taking pictures all over the place.
I thought it was suspicious but I got alarmed when he had his wife pose for a picture in her head scarf but he snapped one photo of her but then tilted the camera to the right and the left of her snapping pictures of a huge hay bail halloween display behind her. His eyes weren't focused on her, but the foot traffic moving around them.
Then I went to the bathroom later on, and by the emergency exit door he laid out a prayer rug and was praying to Mecca. But he was facing the wrong direction (He was praying to Alaska) like he didn't know the area and with all our clouds he couldn't figure it out (He should have faced the North-East and not the North-West), but he was carrying a smart phone.
Dry Run for the day after Thanksgiving? or Holloween Night when there will be a ton of Kids in their costumes?

Call the FBI and your local LEOs and report this. It is probably nothing (I remember seeing a family off in the corner praying to Mecca years ago in Madison square garden) but you have a bad feeling and that is enough. Look they say “if you see something say something” and I think you should do that.

from what I have read, they don’t use protective equipment and that is the natural result.

If/When we see stuff like this, we need to snap pics, and if possible, follow these people out to the cars and get license plate numbers, etc. Then make them public if you feel the needed.

Assume it is the goal of those in power to make defense of ourselves and others impossible. Stopping these incidents will take all of us! (in short, we need to start gathering intel on our own)
On a side note, I witnessed this about ten years back when someone (familiar looking stereotype), was doing a video scan in front of a casino in Vegas. Not to worry, I notified a whole city about it, but that’s another story.

Maybe that’s all it was...trying to make a scene to get attention...it wasn’t like he was stealthy. Lots of others noticed.
There was a group of Japanese who were commenting that there was a muslim praying blocking the door to the bathrooms.
The woman was standing over him while he prayed but she didn’t pray herself. She might have been filming him with her phone but she was facing away from me.
You really need to report what you saw to the police.

I live in Salem Oregon and Woodburn shopping center is our favorite shopping place on Sunday. Sounds like we might have to stay away for a while
You can’t be certain looking at someone, but he was short in stature, only about 5’3” and he looked like pictures I have seen from Afghanistan:

I would have stepped on his prayer rug with my dirty shoes if he was blocking the bathroom. You need to report this.
