What happens if you are a candidate for governor and you lose badly? Not just a mere bad loss but one of historically bad proportions following an absolutely horrible campaign marked by the cowardice of shying from previously well known positions. Well, if you are a liberal it could mean you can score a TV show based on the aftermath of your loss. Such is the case with Wendy Davis. The "Abortion Barbie" of Texas who mostly avoided that for which she was best known is the inspiration a "Dramedy" show based on life after going down to complete defeat after refusing to stand up for what she really believed during her gubernatorial campaign. Deadline Hollywood describes the NBC show based on the cowardly campaigner:

Maybe she can room with mattress girl and they can call it “2 easy girls”
Planned Parenthood would be a sponsor.
Ya think a major network would do a dramedy on say the guy that sneaks in with hidden cameras on Planned Parenthood to make the videos that everyone except Democratic legislators has seen?
What’s with the new words?
Cleverness is becoming stale and predictable.
I wonder if they are going to open with how she dumped her husband after he put her through law school?
What we need is someone like Dinesh D’Souza making a documentary showing the videos of Planned Parenthood.
That would be much more dramatic.

Other title selections are:
I’m Wendy Melanoma. Moley Wendy wart. Not her wart. Not her wart! I’m... I’m the wart. She’s my tumor. My... my growth. My... uh, my pimple.... or Melanoma Head.
Looks like another “must see” TV series from NBC! I’m thinking they’re gonna have a hit on their hands that’s gonna
blow away shows like Sherlock, Doc Martin, Foyle’s War and Midsomer Murders.
Good, more no see T.V.
Well, the West Wing was very popular when GWB was in office. The series VEEP hasn’t fared so well when they couldn’t get Hillary on the ticket. And Madame Secretary seems to be doing ok, except now Madame Secretary, apparently, has been sworn in as President. (no, I didn’t/don’t watch any of these, I just see the previews on TV). So, when Leftists don’t get the person they want in office, they just get Hollywood to make a new TV show, pretending their choice won. I cannot believe any group would buy advertising on any of these blatantly Leftist manipulative shows. I guess I would like to see a show allowing the Republican to be the good guy, but that’s not going to happen anytime soon.
I don't know about the drama, but every time I saw a poll about that race I laughed.

I would definitely watch a comedy about the drunken adventures of Rosemary Lehmberg.
Sounds like a retooling of the failed show Bad Judge.
No. I think it’s called, “The Adventures of Windy “Tooter” Davis & Other Adult Diaper Tales”.
