Some FReepers were speculating a few months ago, that he was beaten up by his drunk brother (not an exercise accident). I am curious as to whether he has really filed court papers, or just had this story “leaked” to provide cover for an embarrassing family situation. ??
The speculation is he was beaten up by the Vegas mobsters who own his a** because he mouthed off to one of them.

Rush talked about that. His brother is a raging AA member and the Cab driver that took them back yo Vegas from Spotlight told everyone how his brother had beaten Reid up.
Raise your hand if you can stretch your imagination far enough to believe those horrific injuries could be inflicted by an exercise belt snapping. :-)
