I clipped my boxer’s toenails too short once and they bled. He would NEVER let me touch his nails again. BTW, if that ever happens, the vet told me to soak the paw in baby powder. That stops the bleeding.

I’m too nervous to do it myself. I’ll take him to the vet. $10 or so.
