The tribal violence exists exclusively in big cities which have been run by liberals for decades.
Sure, violence occurs elsewhere, but not at the level of a Chicago or Baltimore.
We can never allow liberals, who have created this atmosphere of violence, be allowed to solve it.

Do the liberals create the atmosphere of violence? Really? It is more that their policies and use of social ostracism won't allow anything to be done to curtail a natural propensity toward violence and problems with impulse control.
