Canada is ranked 20th when all it has are 100,000 full time military in a nation with a population of 20 million.Of that 100,000 standing army, maybe about 12,000 are dedicated to combat roles.
Canada should be way down that list below the 20th rank.I do not put any credence at all in this report.

Canada’s population is 35.1 Million.
Canada didn’t have much of a military prior to WWII either.
But along with us they ramped up very quickly and played a crucial role in defeating Italy and Germany.
