Only new construction will be taxed. Buy an already built property and you will get off completely tax free.
As for that new construction, the massive costs of our current system are built into the price of every scrap of it now. It’s just hidden.
I have been to the Un-Fair Tax website. Where does it say that?
Does that also apply to vehicles? New only? So I buy a new car for $30,000 and pay sales tax, Fed & State combined of 36.5% for a total of$10,950. BS to that! I don't pay that much in Fed Income Tax now.
You Un-Fair Tax guys are obviously smoking some of that funny stuff!
And by the way, I see this is supposed to pay into FICA too, so even though through my working life I paid the 7.65% or so, and that was matched by my employer, I have to pay it again in retirement! What a crock of smelly stuff you are promoting!
