Congratulations, and prayers for you, your family, and your Trainers. When I had to work different shifts, I got in the habit of running a fan on high in my bedroom so I could sleep. I’ve been retired since 2003, and still use it. I’m a night owl, and don’t usually go to bed until 3-4 a.m. Good luck!
