Nope, the link I posted only gets the ones since I created the Windows Ping List. It searches for keyword "windowspinglist" which didn't exist prior to that.
If you want to go all the way back, you can, but you'll have to manually search on keywords like "windows" or "microsoft", and search on titles with those or similar words.
