If I had all those issues I’d talk to the doctor about naturopathic alternatives , if any, in case of a civil breakdown and loss of access to medical care

Thanks. We have a book that gives examples of edible plants in our environment, but I think that we also need a book that will give us examples of plants that have medicinal properties. Heaven only knows what the future has in store for us.

Yes, you can enter just about any health issue, and the words "naturopathic", "natural", or "holistic" into a search engine and come up with many alternatives.

People need to research carefully though, lots of quackery out there.

It's also probably not a bad idea to look into natural medicine because of skyrocketing costs of Obamacare, death panels, and impending doctor shortages.
