The killer confessed, and is serving a life sentence. I would think he would have sung by now.
The killer became Christain and came clean on the killing. The case seems pretty airtight....
That would depend on his personal motivations. There are some people who would go to prison for life if they knew their family would be taken care of, for example.
I thought his son was killed changing a tire on the side of a free way in a freak accident.
