I'm sure it could. You might have to write it though. Or it could be run in a guest Win box.

I’m sure I could write it. Been there, done that.

No more. And no virtual machines or patching. Needs to work hands off pretty much 24/7/365.

Also run a remote controllable webcam. Apple and Linux have little if anything to offer as easy and universally applicable.
