So, every time I see a pressure cooker, I’m supposed to call the bomb squad?

No.

When someone leaves a pressure cooker on the ground in a crowd of people walk up to it, stand over it, take a real good look and continue to stand by it without saying a word to anyone.

If it's in a place where you wouldn't expect to see a pressure cooker, hell yes.
