I’ve heard from a Ukranian friend of mine that Chinese people are moving into Siberia without an official okay from the Russian government.
What is also interesting to me is that the Author or writer of the Wiki or Whoever, considered The Soviet Union to be a part of Western Civilization.
Being a Millennial I have never thought of it like that, but maybe it was different in the 70's before Reagen.
