I don't see why he bothered to interfere in the first place. The urban youth's may not like each other much, but when a white cop steps in, he's the common enemy.

Every officer must undergo cultural competency testing before being hired. They must have a psychological test done every two years at 400 dollars a pop. They must attend at least eight hours of racial bias training each year and have regular racial bias testing done to see if they are racist.
