Yes. That is the crux of this. It is also why I desperately want someone in the WH who will NOT put a Supreme in that will continue to enforce laws the libs are behind but NOT enforce laws they don’t like, eg; the Sanctuary Cities that are protecting the illegals.
So frustrating. I think the POTUS elected is less important than the judge he elects, because of that lifer status.
